1. Introduction to Anhui University of Finance and Economics
Anhui University of Finance and Economics is a multidisciplinary university of finance and economics focusing on economics, management and law. It is the first batch of universities in my country with the right to grant bachelor's degrees and the third batch of universities with the right to grant master's degrees, which is a key university in Anhui Province. Co-build universities with the People's Government of Anhui Province and the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives. 2. Recruitment plan and related treatment
The university recruits talent teams and talents of more than three categories all year round. The plan of this year's doctoral full-time teacher recruitment include 79 people, which can be seen in Attachment 1 for details; and Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 for details of the introduction of doctors and talents of category three and above, and Attachment 4 for the research workload identification.
3. Recruitment conditions
Recruitment targets are planned for those who meet the requirements of the recruitment position, and must meet the following conditions:
(1) Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
(2) Comply with the Constitution and laws;
(3) Have good character;
(4) The professional or technical conditions required for the post;
(5) Physical and mental health, and meet the medical examination qualification standard stipulated in the General Criteria for Civil Servants Recruitment Medical Examination (Trial).
In principle, the age of candidates should not exceed 35 years old (born on or after January 1, 1985). The age of some outstanding doctorates in shortage of majors can be relaxed to 40 years, and those with senior professional titles in some disciplines can be relaxed to 45 years old.
4. Recruitment procedures
(1) Registration and qualification review
1. Sign up. Candidates should send their resumes to the employer’s mailbox (see attachment 1), and copy to the special recruitment mailbox of the Personnel Department: acrsc@163.com, and the subject of the email should indicate the position to be applied for.
2. Qualification review. Employers conduct qualification review, determine and make appointments to participate in the assessment.
(2) Assessment
This recruitment plan will be implemented from the date of releasement and will last until the recruitment is full. At least ten working days after the announcement, each employer can set up an examiner group composed of more than 5 peer experts to organize the evaluation from time to time according to the registration situation. After the assessment, according to the number of recruitment plans and the final scores of the applicants, from high to low scores, the objects of physical examination and inspection will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1.
The assessment takes the form of academic evaluation and trial lectures. The academic evaluation is conducted by each employer for all the scientific research results provided by the recruited personnel, focusing on the academic evaluation and scoring in terms of research direction, research results, innovation of results, professional foundation and background, scientific research level and ability; the trial lectures are mainly The teaching level and teaching ability assessment and inspection shall be conducted for the recruited personnel, and the candidates may choose topics of their choice or conduct trial lectures in accordance with the prescribed topics. The specific time and place of the trial lectures will be notified by telephone by each employer.
Materials to be provided for on-site trial lectures:
(1) Personal resume (including the study experience, work experience, teaching and research experience and awards since the beginning of the undergraduate course);
(2) Fresh graduates provide a graduate employment recommendation form issued by the school, and other applicants provide copies of certificates such as the highest academic qualifications, degrees, and professional titles, and provide the originals at the same time. Returned students must provide the Foreign Educational Degree Certification certified by the Overseas Education Service Center of the Ministry of Education (if not yet obtained, they can take a copy of the Certificate of Returned Overseas Students issued by the Chinese embassy in foreign countries when registering);
(3) Documents or copies of representative papers and works, scientific research experience, awards, and inclusion and citation by SCI, EI, SSCI, etc. in the past four years;
(4) Copy of ID card.
(3) Physical examination and inspection.
The physical examination is implemented in accordance with the Notice on Further Regulating the Physical Examination of Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in the Province (Anhui People's Club [2013] No. 208) and other relevant regulations.
The inspection content mainly includes the candidates' political thoughts, moral qualities, abilities, learning and work performance, and compliance with laws and regulations, etc. According to the Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Credit Supervision, Warning and Punishment Mechanisms for Untrustworthy Persons (Wanbanfa [2017] No. 24) and other documents, at the end of the inspection, the inspection object is still the untrustworthy person subject to enforcement, the inspection link Disqualified.
(4) Determine the list of candidates to be hired based on the results of the assessment, inspection and physical examination, and post it on the school’s official website for 7 days after submitting it to the school for approval.
(5) After publicizing that there is no objection, sign an employment agreement.
5. other instructions
(1) Applicants must obtain a doctoral degree certificate or overseas academic qualification certification by the Ministry of Education, employment registration certificate, or proof of termination of the working relationship with the original unit before December 31, 2021, otherwise the school has the right to cancel the employment qualification;
(2) The qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. Once it is found that the applicant does not meet the job requirements or fraudulently, the applicant's qualifications shall be cancelled at any time.
(3) The 2021 Ph.D. recruitment plan announced this time must be approved by the higher-level competent authority. After the approval of the competent authority, any adjustments to the plan will be notified separately;
